This type of phone conversation should never take place. Politicians representing the civilized world should never talk to Russian evil, genocidal murderers. There is no need to know their opinions. Any possible negotiations are useless since the Russian part wants to destroy Ukraine, kill as many people as possible, destroy infrastructure, kidnap children and adults, send many to jails, forcibly resettle millions, rape women, sodomize men, torture everyone, castrate many, poison soldiers with gas, etc.
