NEW US CONSTITUTION

These changes must be made to the US Constitution to avoid the collapse of the country:

1) Removal of the sitting President from the White House. This would be called the Trump Amendment.

2) Eliminate the position of Vice President. Called the Vance-Biden Amendment.

3) Age limit for all politicians, about 67, or similar to the retirement age. Called the Trump-Biden Amendment.

4) Health verification for all politicians. A Trump-like person with acute dementia would be disqualified from running for office.

5) Do not allow the Vice President to automatically fill the position of a removed President. A new President would have to go through the election process, just like anyone running for the position.

6) No more voting for the Electoral College; vote directly for the President. In the current system, the Electoral College elects the President. This opens the door to widespread behind-the-scenes manipulation.

7) The Supreme Court does not decide who the next President is.

8) A simple system coming from countries where elections are democratic would be like that: People vote, an electoral committee counts the votes, and whoever receives a majority of the votes becomes the President. If the results are too close to call, they hold another round of voting a month later with only the top two candidates. Voters decide who the next President is! Not some archaic procedure. It sounds so un-American, doesn't it? Politicians already shout, "FUCK THAT! We defend the old Constitution. It keeps us in power."

9) Upon losing the election, the President would be forced to leave the White House. Right now, the President can simply refuse to leave and keep claiming he won.

10) The Vice President would have no say in the election of the President. No one ever voted for that person. Right now, the Vice President can appoint whomever he likes, even the loser; he can even pick himself. And remember, he can even appoint his own dog, Sparky, as the new President! You never thought of that? There is nowhere written that it is not possible.

11) Something has to be done about money contributions to the campaigns. Right now, an extremely wealthy individual can essentially put an unqualified person in the White House. It would be called the Musk Amendment.

Additionally:

12) No single individual should control communications between people. Musk's Starlink must be permanently banned worldwide.

13) Tunnels and bunkers under government buildings in Washington, DC should be flooded with water. That way, all of those who supported the losing President, still clinging to power and refusing to leave, would be drowned. Actually, you could do this with a big hose, without changing the Constitution!

14) The list is much longer; you can add your own ideas.
